The role

Are you passionate about corporate travel management and do you master GDS tools? Are you an expert in Amadeus looking for a new challenge in corporate travel? Do you have experience managing corporate travel and does your customer service stand out?

We are looking for a Corporate Travel Manager (Amadeus Expert) to join the corporate travel team.

What you'll do

In this position, you will be the key point of contact for corporate clients, taking charge of the planning, booking, and comprehensive management of their trips with agile, high-quality service:

  • Comprehensive management of corporate travel reservations: flights, trains, hotels, and car rentals.
  • Customer service and advisory for corporate clients.
  • Modifications, reissues, and cancellations of services.
  • Billing
  • Resolution of incidents before, during, and after travel.
  • Application of travel policies and cost optimization.
  • Coordination with suppliers and internal departments.

Requirements

  • We are looking for a profile with fluent mastery of Amadeus and a clear vocation for service to guarantee the best experience in every trip.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the described functions

Benefits and conditions

  • Contract: 3 months + extension and possibility of joining the permanent staff
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 to 18
  • Salary: €20,922.42 gross per year – €11.94 gross per hour
  • Teleworking 3/2 once they have full autonomy
  • Area: Metro Alameda de Osuna.
