The role

We are looking for a Night Shift Team Leader to coordinate and optimize the operations of our logistics center in Riudellots de la Selva (Girona). In this role, you will be the key figure to ensure that receiving, picking, and dispatch flows are executed with maximum precision, safety, and efficiency while activity never stops.

If you are a person with approachable leadership, problem-solving capacity regarding operational unforeseen events, and experience in managing warehouse teams, this is your opportunity to join a solid structure with stability and professional growth.

What you'll do

Organize and distribute daily tasks to staff.
Supervision of the reception, placement, and preparation of orders.
Management of operational incidents, such as breakages, stock shortages...
Supervision of compliance with occupational risk prevention regulations.
Ensure the achievement of daily objectives.

Requirements

It is important that they know how to operate reach and counterbalance trucks.

Benefits and conditions

3 months via ETT and upon joining the permanent staff 22,200 €/gross annual + 2.02 €/gross night shift premium per hour.
