What we're looking for

Previous experience: At least 1 year handling wood cutting machinery (saws, panel saws, miter saws) or, failing that, solid experience in similar processes within the metal sector.

Technical capacity: Good interpretation of workshop blueprints, knowledge of layout, and precision in the use of measuring instruments (calipers, tape measures).

Mobility / Location: Having your own vehicle to travel to the workplace (essential unless residing in the immediate surroundings of Usera or having an excellent transport combination).

Schedule flexibility: Availability to work the morning shift and assume occasional rotations to the afternoon shift on an as-needed basis.

Attitude: Rigor, responsibility, commitment to occupational risk prevention regulations, and quality orientation.

What you'll do

Machinery operation and adjustment: Handling, preparation, and setup of specific machinery for precision cutting (industrial saws, miter saws, panel saws, etc.).

Material preparation: Reading and interpreting blueprints or technical data sheets for the breakdown and optimization of wood/metal panels or bars.

Quality control: Continuous verification of measurements, finishes, and tolerances of the cut pieces to ensure the required standards.

First-level maintenance: Cleaning, greasing, and basic preventive maintenance of the assigned cutting tools and equipment.

Organization and workflow: Management of the work area, guaranteeing safety in the industrial environment and the proper handling of material.
