What you'll get

At Randstad, we are selecting a Tyre Fitter to join directly and on a permanent basis a leading workshop located in Illescas (Toledo). If you are looking for a stable position, with a good working environment and full-time hours from Monday to Friday, this opportunity is for you!

What you'll do

Reporting to the workshop manager, you will perform the following tasks:

Dismounting, mounting, and replacing tyres on various types of vehicles.
Static and dynamic wheel balancing using precision machinery.
Visual inspection and control of pressures, wear, rim condition, and safety levels.
Puncture repair and valve maintenance.
Care, order, and preventive maintenance of the tools and facilities at the workstation.

Requirements

Previous experience: At least 1 year in tyre mounting and balancing, fast mechanics, or automotive workshop positions.
Training: A Vocational Training qualification (Intermediate or Higher Degree in Automotive Vehicle Electromechanics or similar) will be positively valued.
Competencies: Manual dexterity, thoroughness, dynamism, and the ability to work in a team.
Mobility: Residence in Illescas, the La Sagra region, or southern Madrid, with your own vehicle to commute to the workplace.
