What you'll get

Direct permanent contract from day one (30-day probationary period).

Full-time, Monday to Friday, in a fixed morning shift (07:00 h to 15:00 h), guaranteeing free weekends.

Salary range of 22,000

to 23,000

The role

Do you have experience in the production, printing, and assembly of signs and lettering? Are you looking for job stability in a dynamic workshop environment with a schedule that allows for work-life balance? We want to meet you! We are selecting a Signage and Lettering Tradesperson to join a consolidated team located in Pinto (Madrid).

What you'll do

As part of the production and finishing area in the workshop and reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for:

Preparation, calibration, and operation of large-format digital printing machinery for the manufacture of graphic supports and signage.

Cutting, tracing, laminating, milling, and assembly work of materials such as metals, methacrylate, PVC, canvas, and vinyl.

Final assembly of structures, rigid supports, dimensional lettering, lightboxes, and signage elements before distribution.

Skilled use of cutting, gluing, riveting, and assembly tools for high-quality finishes.

Supervision of the finished product, checking technical specifications, dimensions, and perfect aesthetic finish.

Requirements

At least 2 years of proven experience as a sign maker or production technician in signage, graphic arts, or outdoor advertising companies.

Proficiency in large-format digital printing plotters, cutting plotters, and signage handling/finishing machinery.

High technical capacity, meticulousness, and versatility in the workshop.

Proactivity, initiative, and teamwork.

Desirable Vocational Training (FP) Intermediate Level in Graphic Arts, Design and Editorial Production, Mechanical Manufacturing, or similar. (not indispensable)

Residency in Pinto or the southern area of Madrid is valued.
