The role

At Randstad Vic, we are looking for a Press Brake Operator for a consolidated position with a future in Seva. If you have experience in metal folding, you enjoy working with precision, and you want to enjoy a fixed afternoon shift that allows you to balance your personal life, this is your opportunity!

What you'll do

Reporting directly to the workshop/production manager, you will be responsible for:

Operation and feeding of the press brake machine to manufacture custom parts and orders.
Adjustment and configuration of technical parameters according to thicknesses, material types, and angles indicated on the blueprints.
Interpretation of 2D technical blueprints and manufacturing sketches.
Dimensional and visual quality control of formed parts using measuring instruments.
Handling and conditioning of metallic materials and large tonnage profiles within the work area.
Basic preventive maintenance and cleaning of the machine and the workspace.
Strict compliance with occupational safety standards and use of PPE.

Requirements

Demonstrable previous experience in the operation and adjustment of sheet metal/metal press brake machines.
Ability to read and interpret 2D technical blueprints.
Previous experience in metallurgical workshops, iron warehouses, or steel distribution service centers.
Full availability to work the fixed afternoon shift (14:00h to 22:00h).
Driving license (Category B) and own vehicle to access the workplace in Seva.
Residence in Seva, Vic, or the surrounding areas of the Osona region.

We will value very positively:

Holding a valid overhead crane license and agility in moving large tonnage parts.
Valid forklift license.
Training in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) for the metal sector.
A profile with initiative, attention to detail, autonomy, and an orientation toward teamwork.
