The role
We are looking for a BENDING OPERATOR for a company specializing in high-precision laser cutting and comprehensive metallurgical services, such as plasma cutting, oxy-fuel cutting, bending, and welding, working with various metals.
What you'll do
- Operation of CNC press brakes.
-Operation of CNC bending machines for metal sheet bending.
-Basic machine setup according to work orders.
-Selection of appropriate jigs, tools, and dies for each part.
-Adjustment of parameters (angles, pressure, bending sequence).
-Reading of drawings.
-Reading and interpretation of technical drawings and part breakdowns.
-Identification of possible errors or deviations before production.
-Execution of bends in different thicknesses and types of sheet metal (steel, stainless steel, aluminum).
-Process control to guarantee precision and repeatability.
-Manufacturing of single parts or series according to planning.
-Checking of measurements with calipers, squares, gauges, and other instruments.
-Review of the final finish and correction of deviations.
