What you'll get

Salary: €10.19 gross/hour (estimated monthly between €1,630 and €1,760 gross, depending on the working days of the month).

Contract type: Temporary contract through an ETT (Temporary Employment Agency) with the possibility of continuity.

Monday to Friday schedule that allows for work-life balance: Monday to Thursday from 07:45 to 17:00 (with corresponding rest and meal breaks) and Friday from 07:00 to 15:00.

Equipment: Complete equipment provided by the company (high-visibility clothing, safety footwear, and necessary PPE).

The role

Do you have experience in maintenance, construction, or the metal sector? Would you like to work Monday to Friday and have the weekend free from Friday at noon?

We are looking for maintenance and conditioning operators for an important module yard in Loeches, MADRID. If you are skilled with hand tools and are looking for an active position, this is your opportunity!

What you'll do

Conditioning, inspection, and general maintenance of cabins, containers, and prefabricated modules.

Basic adaptation tasks: small carpentry jobs, light locksmithing, sealing, painting, and repair of defects.

Preparation, cleaning, and tuning up of modules both for delivery to customers and after their receipt at the yard.

Loading, unloading, organizing, and controlling materials and structures in the outdoor and indoor yard areas.

Compliance with occupational risk prevention regulations and use of personal protective equipment.

Requirements

Previous work experience in maintenance, construction, locksmithing, assembly, carpentry, or similar operational work in a yard/workshop.

Skill and proficiency in the habitual handling of basic manual and electric tools (drills, angle grinders, hand tools, etc.).

Good physical condition and dynamism to successfully face the daily work of loading, unloading, and physical adaptation in an industrial environment.

Valuable: Holding a valid forklift license. It is neither essential nor exclusionary, but it will add positively to the assessment of your candidacy.

Mobility: Residence near Loeches or ease of daily commuting to the workplace with your own vehicle.
