The role

Are you looking for an opportunity in the food sector in Ciudad Real city? We are selecting Production Operators to join an established meat products plant. If you have manual dexterity and experience on packaging lines, this is your chance to join a consolidated industrial environment.

What you'll do

Line operations: Direct work on packaging and labeling production lines.

Product handling: Slicing, cutting, and preparation of meat products.

Supply: Control and supply of materials to the production line.

Hygiene: Strict compliance with food safety standards and workstation cleanliness.

How you'll work

Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday.

Schedules: Rotating shifts: Morning (06:00-14:10), Afternoon (14:10-22:20), and Night (23:30-06:00).

Contract: Temporary contracts with the possibility of renewal based on campaign needs.

Availability: Availability to work occasional Saturdays.

Requirements

Experience: At least 6 months in food factories, preferably on slicing or packaging lines.

Location: Residency in Ciudad Real or own vehicle to ensure commuting for various shifts.

Skills: Agility, commitment, and adaptability to rotating shifts.

Assessment: Previous experience in local meat processing companies will be highly valued.
