Requirements

What we're looking for

Good physical condition and ability to work wearing full protective clothing and equipment.
Aptitude for the continuous handling of fiberglass and chemical products (without respiratory contraindications or allergies to resins/powders).
Own vehicle (car or motorcycle) for commuting to the workplace in Lumbier.
Residence within a maximum radius of 25 km from the plant or in the Pamplona area and region.

Nice to have

Valuable experience in industrial production plants or in sectors with high physical demand (construction, metal, maintenance, mechanical workshops, or agricultural).

What you'll get

Competitive remuneration package: base salary of 16.25 — gross/hour, night hour at 17.00 €/hour, overtime at 21.31 euros/hour, holiday hour at 23.74 euros/hour and holiday night hour at 27.79 euros/hour.
Applicable shift bonuses: 1.27 euros/hour on 4th ordinary shift and 3.42 euros/hour on 4th night shift (monthly average of 2,500 euros to 2,700 euros gross).
Initial specific training in wind production processes and plant safety.

What you'll do

Laminating, handling, and placing layers of fiberglass and composite materials according to technical specifications.
Application of resins and chemical components required for the curing of the parts.
Sanding, polishing, and conditioning the exterior surfaces of wind turbine blades.
Basic visual inspection of finish to ensure aerodynamic quality standards.
Continuous and rigorous use of the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) assigned to the position.

How you'll work

Work schedule on a 4-shift rotation (rotation: 2 Morning, 2 Afternoon, 2 Night, and 2 rest days, with mandatory rest on Sunday; 19 to 21 working days per month).
Initial 4-month contract (2+2+2 modality) with real possibilities of extension by ETT and coverage of temporary positions or leaves.
