What you'll get
We offer you the chance to join a great company where you can diversify your professional competencies:
Stability and development: Stable temporary contract with high real possibilities of transitioning to a permanent staff position after the evaluation period.
Professional evolution: Entry into the railway industry, a stable, innovative sector with very long-term projects.
Diversity of tasks: A dynamic role where you will combine industrial painting and mechanics, avoiding the monotony of repetitive work.
Continuous schedule: Working day from Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 15:00 h, perfect for personal work-life balance.
Excellent environment: Integration into an agile, collaborative, and multidisciplinary work team in Getafe.
The role
Do you have experience in industrial or bodywork painting and are you also passionate about mechanics? We are looking for a versatile profile to join our operations center in Getafe for a project with a high possibility of permanent employment.
In this position, you will not have a monotonous routine: you will combine your skill in the beautification and treatment of metal surfaces with support tasks in mechanical assembly and maintenance. It is the perfect opportunity to make the leap from a vehicle workshop or other industries into the railway sector, integrating into a multinational leader in sustainable mobility.
What you'll do
In your day-to-day, you will alternate surface treatment tasks with support in the mechanical area of the workshop:
Painting and finishing: Preparation, sanding, masking, and application of industrial paint/primer on precision metal structures and components.
Surface inspection: Visual control of finishes, thicknesses, and adhesion, guaranteeing the quality and durability of the coating.
Mechanical support and assembly: Disassembly, adjustment, assembly, and mounting of mechanical components or light structures at the production stations.
Use of tools and implements: Handling of manual, pneumatic, and electric tools typical of a mechanics/bodywork workshop.
Safety and order: Rigorous compliance with EHS regulations (personal protective equipment, waste management, and ventilation) and maintenance of the work area.
