Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Economics, Business Administration (ADE), or a related field.

Specialization in Big Data or Data Science.

Experience with SAP.

Experience with SQL.

English C2 proficiency.

The role

What you'll do

Lead the complete data lifecycle (end-to-end), from collection and reconciliation to validation and delivery (for both automated and manual data sources).

Reconcile data with trusted sources, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with partners to resolve them within agreed timelines.

Define and maintain data quality controls, systematically track incidents, and drive continuous and measurable improvement.

Act as the central point of contact for your area of responsibility, coordinating a broad network of internal stakeholders and external partners.

Manage relationships with agencies and analytics partners, establishing clear responsibilities and optimized ways of working.

Lead regular governance and review meetings to keep all parties aligned and identify issues early.

Foster team success through onboarding, training, and continuous skill development (upskilling).

Monitor and support the growth and career aspirations of team members.
