Requirements

What we're looking for

Experience as a Product Owner, Service Owner, or similar role.

Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).

Experience in agile environments and IT service management.

High level of English.

Ability to communicate with international teams and stakeholders.

Nice to have

Will be valued

Microsoft or ITIL certifications.

Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Graph, automation, and AI-based solutions.

The role

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Product Owner to lead the evolution and continuous improvement of collaboration and productivity services such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Viva Engage.

What you'll do

ResponsibilitiesDefine and prioritize the product backlog.

Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.

Coordinate the management and evolution of Microsoft 365 services.

Collaborate with IT, business, security, and compliance teams.
