The role

Are you actively seeking employment and looking to improve your professional skills? We invite you to be part of our SIOAS program. This is a program running until April 2027, designed exclusively for people with disabilities. Our goal is to provide you with all the tools, support, and training necessary so that you achieve your insertion into the labor market with success and confidence.

What you'll do

As a participant, you will have an active role in your own professional development. To support you, the program offers:

Individual sessions at our L'Hospitalet de Llobregat office to define your labor insertion itinerary.
Group workshops on social skills, resumes, interview preparation, and the labor market, among other topics.
The possibility of participating in visits to companies within the sector.

Requirements

To be able to access the available places in this program, it is essential to meet the following documentation and requirements:

Be in possession of a Disability Certificate equal to or greater than 33%.
Be in a situation of seeking employment and hold the DARDO document (job seeker).
Provide your valid DNI and your updated Curriculum Vitae (CV).
Availability to travel to the office located in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat for individual sessions and workshops.

Benefits and conditions

Technical-professional course for Concierge Assistant, access control
Digital Divide Project: Practical IT training where you will learn to master the essential digital tools to search for employment online autonomously. If you complete the two weeks of training, you may be eligible for a refurbished laptop.
