Previous experience: Previous experience in the position is not essential. We primarily value your attitude, customer orientation, and communication skills.

Availability: Flexibility to work during weekends, in afternoon shifts, and during periods or dates linked to increased consumption and commercial incentives (campaigns such as Halloween, Black Friday, the Christmas campaign, and sales).

Mobility: It is preferable to have your own vehicle or availability to travel easily between the different work centers distributed throughout the Community of Madrid.

Personal competencies: Proactive, extroverted, responsible, and enthusiastic person, with a results orientation and good commercial presence.

Competitive remuneration: Salary between €9.50 and €11.00 gross per hour, depending on the type of campaign and assigned client.

Flexibility and compatibility: Possibility of reconciling work activity with studies or other projects thanks to shifts distributed mainly on weekends and afternoons.

Continuous training: You will receive training prior to each campaign regarding product characteristics and the best direct sales techniques provided by the client.

As a Sales and Events Promoter, you will be responsible for boosting visibility and interaction with the product in large retail stores, shopping centers, and specialized establishments in the Community of Madrid. Your usual functions include:

Customer service and personalized advice: Listening to the buyer's needs and explaining the characteristics and benefits of the product or service in detail.

Product demonstration and tasting: Performing demonstrations of how technological devices work, testing fragrances, or conducting tastings depending on the nature of the campaign.

Active engagement and animation: Approaching the public in a proactive, friendly, and professional manner to spark interest and incentivize the purchasing process.

Distribution of advertising and promotional material: Handing out brochures, free samples, discount coupons, or gifts linked to the promotions.

Replenishment and care of the stand's image: Keeping the point of sale clean, organized, visible, and with sufficient stock of the promoted product.

Sales and activity reporting: Daily recording of the volume of sales made, samples delivered, or incidents detected during the commercial day.
