Requirements

What we're looking for

At least 4 years of experience in logistics management, implementation of technological or industrial projects, or in a similar position involving team coordination and resource management.
University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and coordinate projects.
Experience in supplier management and resolution of logistical incidents.
Knowledge of project management tools such as Trello or Jira.
Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
Language proficiency: Catalan, Spanish, and English (fluent).

Our client is a rapidly growing technology company, specializing in the development of intelligent last-mile solutions through automated delivery and collection systems. We are looking to match with a Project Manager, Logistics & Implementation.

What you'll do

Coordinate the transition of projects between different areas, ensuring that delivery deadlines, costs, and defined technical requirements are met.
Supervise project logistics, managing suppliers and carriers both nationally and internationally, and ensuring that deliveries and installation are carried out correctly.
Work hand in hand with internal departments (production, technology, after-sales service) to ensure that all aspects of the project develop smoothly.
Analyze and propose improvements in logistical processes, with the aim of improving times and reducing costs in each phase of the project.
Offer remote training and field support to the external installation team to ensure that projects are implemented correctly.
