The role

We are looking for a Receptionist to become the first image and point of contact for our clients, guaranteeing an exclusive, close, and highest-level experience from their arrival.

What you'll do

Excellence in attention and welcome: Receive and accompany clients and patients with impeccable, sophisticated, and personalized treatment, in accordance with the standards of a premium brand.

Schedule management: Coordinate in-person appointments, rescheduling, reminders, and waiting times between patients and the specialist team.

Multichannel attention: Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries through digital channels (WhatsApp Business, web forms).

Cash management and administration: Collection for treatments, issuance of invoices, daily cash reconciliation control, and sales recording.

Commercial support: Detect basic client needs and offer informative support regarding the cosmetic product lines and treatments available at the center.

Space care: Ensure the order, tidiness, and visual and sensory atmosphere of the reception and waiting room.

How you'll work

Location: Barcelona (central area / well connected).

Working day: Part-time, 30 hours per week.

Shifts: Options available in morning shift or afternoon shift.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in reception or customer service in aesthetic medicine centers, luxury spas, dermatological clinics, premium hospitality, or high-end cosmetic retail.

Languages

Spanish and Catalan: native or bilingual level.

English: intermediate-advanced level (B2), highly valued for attending to international clients.

Technical competencies: Fluent use of clinic/center management software (CRM, digital schedules) and office tools.

Personal skills: Elegance in treatment, empathy, discretion, excellent verbal communication, and problem-solving ability when faced with unforeseen events.

Genuine interest in the aesthetics, skin health, and wellness sector.
