Route Merchandiser

We offer you the chance to manage the presence, visibility, and image of leading food and confectionery brands in well-known hypermarkets and retail outlets in the region.

In your day-to-day work, you will be the person responsible for carrying out the daily route assigned across hypermarkets and large retail outlets in Madrid (visiting centres such as El Corte Inglés, Hipercor, Alcampo, and Carrefour), performing the following main responsibilities:

Stock replenishment and product conditioning: placing, filling, and continuously restocking the assigned shelves, end caps, and displays.

Point-of-sale management: ensuring an orderly, clean, and impeccable visual presentation of the product to guarantee an optimal experience for the consumer.

Rotation and inventory control: monitoring available stock and tracking expiration dates to ensure proper merchandise rotation.

Daily photographic report: taking and sending photographs of the shelf's condition (before and after) through the client's mobile app.

Efficient route management: autonomous travel between the assigned shopping centres according to the fixed itinerary from Monday to Saturday.

Mobility: It is essential to have your own vehicle (car) to make the daily route journeys between shopping centres.

Tools: You must have your own mobile phone (smartphone) for using the photographic report app.

Required experience: Previous experience in shelf replenishment tasks and operational knowledge of the supermarket and hypermarket environment.

Accreditations: Willingness and ability to process and hold the access accreditations required at the shopping centres to be visited.

Key competencies: Proactive, autonomous profile, with organisational skills, morning punctuality, and attention to detail.

Type of contract: Fixed-term contract for holiday cover (valid until 3 October 2026).

Working day and hours: Full-time working day distributed from Monday to Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 12:40 p.m.

Travel compensation: Payment of mileage expenses processed through the Captio platform.

Location: Commercial route across large retail outlets and hypermarkets in Madrid (Sanchinarro, Castellana, Alcobendas, Colmenar Viejo, among others).
