What we're looking for

Demonstrable previous experience in replenishment tasks in hypermarkets, supermarkets, or the retail sector.

Dynamism, physical agility, punctuality, and organizational capacity at the point of sale.

Full availability to work the 06:00 to 10:00 h shift (including weekends and holidays according to the roster) and flexibility to perform complementary hours.

Residence in Collado Villalba or own vehicle/guaranteed means of transport to arrive at the commercial center at 06:00 h.

Availability to start on November 5, 2026.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Contract: Temporary contract due to production circumstances (unforeseeable) on a part-time basis, from 05/11/2026 to 31/12/2026.

Working Day and Hours: Morning shift from 06:00 to 10:00 h, Monday to Sunday (with the corresponding legal breaks) and schedule flexibility to take on extra hours.

Salary: €10,373.23 gross/year (proportional to the working day performed and the period worked).

Safety equipment and work clothing provided by the company from the start (safety boots and regulatory uniform).

If you have experience in the retail sector, dynamism, and availability to work the morning shift, this vacancy is for you!

What you'll do

Unloading, moving, replenishment, and alignment of merchandise in the sales area and assigned aisles.

Performing facing tasks, product rotation, visual control of shrinkage, and removal of packaging and cardboard.

Conditioning and maintaining order in the commercial area ahead of the store opening to the public.

Support and availability to perform additional or extra hours depending on the operational needs of the center.
