What we're looking for

Demonstrable previous experience in restocking tasks in hypermarkets, supermarkets, or large commercial surfaces.

Knowledge and fluency in the work dynamics within large distribution centers.

Own vehicle available to travel and ensure arrival at the center at the stipulated time (from 06:00 h).

Full availability to cover both morning shifts and Friday and Saturday afternoon reinforcements.

Availability to start on November 6, 2026.

At Randstad, we are selecting restocking personnel to join a leading hypermarket located in Getafe (Madrid). If you have experience in the retail sector, dynamism, and availability for both morning shifts and afternoon reinforcements on weekends, this vacancy is for you!

What you'll do

Restocking, organizing, and placing brand products on shelves, endcaps, and promotional spaces within the center.

Visual maintenance of the shelves, ensuring optimal presentation and organization of the references.

Continuous stock control, proper product rotation, and supervision of stockouts.

Coordination and maintenance of the work area according to the firm's quality standards.

Benefits and conditions

Contract: Temporary contract due to production circumstances (unforeseeable), part-time, from 06/11/2026 to 17/11/2026.

Working Day and Schedule: Part-time with the following distribution:

From Monday to Saturday: morning shift from 06:00 to 09:00 h.

Fridays and Saturdays: additional afternoon reinforcement from 16:00 to 17:30 h.

Salary: €9,076.57 gross/year (proportional to the working day performed and the period worked).

Mileage compensation at €0.21/km.

Personal protective equipment and work materials provided by the company.
