Requirements

What we're looking for

Education: Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) or Degree in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or Industrial Organization.
Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Project Manager/Project Manager in industrial environments.
Technical competencies: Solid technical base to supervise work and provide quick solutions on-site, fluent use of the Office suite, and ability to prepare budgets.
Key skills: Great communication capacity, organizational profile, results-oriented, and with natural leadership.

Nice to have

Valuable: Training in OSH (60h) and previous experience in P&L / profit and loss management.

The role

At CONFIARTE, a consultancy specializing in talent selection and engineering, we are urgently managing the recruitment of a Project Manager (Industrial Maintenance) for one of our leading clients in the services and infrastructure sector in Valladolid.

Due to a situational circumstance (an immediate coverage vacancy), we are looking for a profile with autonomy, technical capacity, and business vision who wants to assume leadership of maintenance contracts with direct visibility.

What you'll do

Integrating into the Delegation Staff, you will be the key figure to guarantee operational success, quality, and the profitability of the services:

People management: Lead, organize, and coordinate direct work teams.
Operational and QHSE control: Guarantee the highest standards of quality, safety, and environment in every intervention.
Economic management: Preparation of budgets, control of deviations, and monitoring of the project's profit and loss account.
Client and supplier relations: Be the main and trusted interlocutor for ownership and key suppliers.
Continuous improvement: Service analysis, preparation of reports, and identification of optimization proposals.
