  • Long-Term Project Management: Design, coordinate, and continuously monitor the outsourcing service operations, building lasting relationships of trust with clients and assigned workers in Lleida.
  • Leadership and Coordination of Operational Teams: Motivate and organize the day-to-day activities of workers, ensuring the development and performance of teams in the assigned services.
  • Regulatory and Legal Excellence: Guarantee strict compliance with internal procedures, labor legislation, and Occupational Risk Prevention regulations applicable to the outsourcing environment.

  • Evaluate operational talent profiles based on skills, experience, and qualifications needed for short-term/project-based and long-term specific tasks.
  • Carry out performance evaluations and provide feedback to operational talent to support their development.
  • Determine training programs by identifying relevant learning sessions based on skill gaps.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to engagement, productivity, and cost savings of operational talent to support workforce planning optimization.
  • Support the reassignment of operational talent by identifying and matching them with suitable short-term/project-based and long-term work opportunities.
  • Support operational talent with tools and guidance for professional mobility, based on skills and experience.
