Requirements

What we're looking for

University Degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, or similar.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in personnel recruitment tasks.
Advanced level of English.
Knowledge of Office suite and recruitment sources.
Proactive, organized person with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

A Master's in People Management, Performance Evaluation, or similar will be valued.
Experience in consultancy and in the recruitment of IT, technological, and engineering profiles will be valued.
Other languages will be valued.

The role

Do you like attracting talent? Would you like to join the Recruitment Department of a leading company? At MC Headhunting, we are looking for a Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist for an important company in the logistics sector, located in Cornellà de Llobregat (Barcelona).

What you'll do

Full management of recruitment processes for the various Corporate Departments at Headquarters and at the Company's subsidiaries (from job definition to hiring, onboarding, and welcome).
Management of hiring: offer, negotiation of working conditions, document management, and incorporation. Onboarding of new employees: tour of the facilities, initial training, and company presentation.
Participation in the Selection and Talent Acquisition strategy, direct contact with Departments and Delegations for the analysis of needs and monitoring of processes and candidates.
Analysis of the labor market, hiring movements in sectors, and advisory on this matter to the internal client.
Contact with Universities, training centers, and organizations to establish collaborations, as well as participation in job fairs and talent events.
Negotiation and management of external partners and providers for the various phases of the recruitment processes.
Collection, management, and analysis of KPIs regarding turnover, hires, terminations, and employee movements to lead the company's workforce growth strategy.
Development of projects in collaboration with related Departments such as Marketing, Legal, Administration, or others to achieve objectives in business strategies.
Management of Corporate Human Resources Projects.

How you'll work

Schedule from Monday to Friday from 08.00 – 18.00 or from 09.00 – 18.00 hours.
Permanent contract.
