Contract type: Permanent contract from day one, full-time (100% on-site).

Working hours: Split shift from Monday to Friday, with incorporation into on-call shifts requiring attendance at the plant when necessary.

Salary range: Between 31,899 and 35,384 gross euros per year.

At Randstad, we are looking for a maintenance supervisor for energy networks with a disability certificate equal to or greater than 33% to join a major company in the energy and industrial sector in Cartagena. • Supervision and organization: Organize the work assigned to internal staff and external contractors, supervising execution during scheduled shutdowns and regular operations.
• Technical maintenance: Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks for the plant (joining the on-call service once the required experience is acquired).

-Resource and spare parts management: Plan the needs for materials, tools, spare parts, and execution times for technical interventions.

• Diagnosis and instrumentation: Interpret technical documentation, diagrams, and blueprints, participating in the root cause analysis of failures and proposing corrective measures.
• Health and safety: Guarantee strict compliance with occupational risk prevention regulations and collaborate in the continuous improvement of procedures.
