Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum of 5 years of experience in metallurgical works, piping, welding, or industrial boilermaking.
Previous experience as a supervisor, foreman, or team leader in industrial shutdowns.
Experience in refineries, petrochemical plants, or process facilities.
Ability to interpret isometric drawings, mechanical drawings, and P&ID.
Knowledge of welding, materials, flanges, gaskets, supports, and piping assembly.
Experience coordinating crews and subcontracted companies.
Training in Occupational Health and Safety.
Training in working at heights, confined spaces, and hot work.
Availability to work shifts, weekends, and intensive working days during the shutdown.
Valid documentation and work permit in Spain.

Nice to have

Previous experience in Repsol complexes.
Knowledge of WPS, welder qualification, and non-destructive testing.
Technical training in Welding and Boilermaking, Metal Construction, Industrial Maintenance, or Engineering.
Knowledge of ASME, API, UNE, or EN standards.
Proficiency in SAP, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or tracking tools.

We are looking to hire a METALLURGICAL SUPERVISOR to participate in an industrial shutdown.

What you'll do

Supervise and coordinate piping, welding, boilermaking, and metal assembly works during the shutdown.
Organize crews and assign tasks according to the daily planning.
Verify the correct execution of works in accordance with drawings, isometrics, procedures, and technical specifications.
Control materials, welding, traceability, testing, and inspections.
Coordinate works with prevention, quality, maintenance, and other disciplines.
Detect deviations, manage incidents, and ensure compliance with deadlines.
Guarantee compliance with safety regulations and halt works in the event of unsafe conditions.
Report progress, blockages, and resource needs to the shutdown manager.
