Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree/Licentiate in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Accounting and Finance, or Higher Vocational Training in Administration and Finance.

Minimum demonstrable experience in accounting management, bank reconciliations, and reporting positions within the retail, distribution, or consumer goods sectors.

Advanced proficiency in Excel.

Nice to have

Previous experience in SAP environments or other financial ERPs is highly valued.

Knowledge of languages (English or French) for communication in an international environment will be valued.

What you'll get

Salary of 26,000

- €30,000
gross per year + 10% variable compensation.

The role

Do you have experience in the accounting area and are you passionate about the retail sector? We are looking for an Accounting Technician like you! If you are looking for a stable project to take responsibility for the accounting cycle and provide financial support in a large company, this is your opportunity.

What you'll do

Integrated into the finance department, your main functions will be:

Operational Accounting Management: Accounting and recording of supplier and customer invoicing (AR/AP).

Treasury: Periodic bank reconciliations and monitoring of cash/banks.

Financial Reporting: Preparation, analysis, and transmission of periodic financial reports to the store network and management.

Store Service and Support: Providing daily accounting service and resolving doubts or operational incidents for each point of sale.

Audits: Active support in the development of internal and external audits.

How you'll work

Permanent contract, full-time.

Hybrid work model to facilitate your work-life balance: 3 days on-site and 2 days of teleworking per week.

Working day with flexible entry/exit hours: Monday to Thursday from 09:00h to 18:00h and Friday from 09:00h to 15:00h.
