Requirements

What we're looking for

- Training in a Diploma in Business Sciences or Vocational Training (FP II/CFGS) in the Administrative branch, or related training.

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience performing similar accounting functions.

- Good command of Excel and ERP tools.

- We are looking for an organized, responsible person with a good attitude and a desire to integrate into the team.

Nice to have

(Experience with Navision will be valued)

- Knowledge of taxation and tax matters will be valued.

At Adecco Selección, we are looking to hire an Accounting Technician for a consolidated industrial company located in Erandio. You will be part of the finance department and will be able to continue developing your professional career.

What you'll do

- Accounting and recording of invoices, banks, and accounting entries.

- Performing bank reconciliations and treasury monitoring.

- Management of portfolios, payment methods, and monthly payments.

- Support in monthly and annual closings.

- Preparation and monitoring of taxes under supervision.

- Management and filing of documentation.

- Collaboration and support in audit processes.

How you'll work

- Schedule: flexible start time between 8:00 and 9:00.

Flexibility in the lunch break, which can be 30 minutes or 1 hour.

The departure time adapts based on the arrival time and the time allocated for lunch.
