The role

What you'll do

Do you have experience as a maintenance technician?

Perform routine inspections of the facilities to identify any issues that may require repair or maintenance.

Perform maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing plumbing issues, and repairing electrical issues.
Help with bulky packages
Perform repairs on equipment such as furniture and chairs, as well as assist with the setup of training rooms and the Committee
Removal of waste (batteries/fluorescents) and paper to the facility's recycling point
Inspection of fire extinguishers and ladders
Manage the inventory of supplies and repair equipment and ensure that all stocks are replenished as necessary.
Various tasks involving the collection of paper and toner for printers and cups and napkins for the vending machine
Transport documentation to the archive if necessary.
Accompany external personnel entering our facilities to perform various jobs (air conditioning maintenance company/lathe maintenance company…) while these people carry out their work
Replacement of sockets or light switches without changes of location..

Requirements

Minimum requirements

Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training in the following:

Intermediate Vocational Training in Electromechanical Maintenance

Intermediate Vocational Training in Electrical and Automatic Installations

Intermediate Vocational Training in Heat Production Installations

Higher Vocational Training in Electronic Maintenance

Higher Vocational Training in Industrial Mechatronics

Higher Vocational Training in Energy Efficiency and Solar Thermal Energy

Benefits and conditions

Schedule from Monday to Thursday 9 to 18 and Friday 9 to 14

Salary 17-18 thousand gross per year

With real possibility of becoming a permanent staff member
