The role

What you'll do

Preventive maintenance: monitoring the correct functioning of machines and performing scheduled maintenance (belt changes, motors, bearings, greasing...) to minimize the risk of breakdowns.

Corrective maintenance: repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic breakdowns, as well as the location and diagnosis of problems.

Line adjustment: adjustment of line parameters to optimize operation, detecting and resolving the source of unproductive periods.

Communication and order: reporting of repaired breakdowns, support in various team activities, and organization and control of the spare parts warehouse.

Requirements

Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or similar (candidates without studies will be valued if great experience and attitude are provided).

Previous experience of 2 years in maintenance within production companies, preferably in the food or agri-food sector (less experience will be valued if excellent attitude is possessed).

Experience resolving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic breakdowns in production lines or plant sections.

Availability to work in rotating shifts and weekends according to the roster.

Dynamic, versatile, proactive profile with great motivation to learn and develop.

Residence in the Don Benito area or region and availability of a vehicle to access the workplace.
