ALDI and Randstad join forces in the search for top talent. We are currently looking for a purchasing specialist for the dairy area.

Mission

Develop and provide information regarding the Dairy category in terms of price, quality, and market behavior according to the instructions of the Category Management Department, with the aim of contributing to the achievement of sales and margin objectives for the product families assigned.

Main duties

· Facilitate and ensure the robustness of the information contained in the negotiation sheets for each product within their area of responsibility.

· Coordinate contract negotiations within the required deadlines.

· Coordinate product tests and tastings to be carried out in their area of responsibility.

· Analyze the degree of compliance with commercial, quality, and supply conditions by suppliers.

· Monitor and verify compliance with supply conditions by suppliers in the assigned categories.

· Propose changes and improvements to the packaging of their categories.

· Provide support for the actions outlined by the Quality Department in all matters related to product quality within a specific assortment.

· Gather the necessary information and report it to facilitate decision-making.

· Disseminate information related to products within their area of responsibility to the different departments.

· Review the information published in product brochures within their area of responsibility (RRP, brand, description…) and that used by the different Companies.
