What we're looking for

Education: Intermediate Vocational Training in Graphic Arts, Graphic Printing, or equivalent technical training.
Experience: Minimum 2 years operating color sheet-fed / flat offset printing machines.
Technical knowledge: Calibration and color density management (CMYK, Pantone, ICC profiles), control via spectrophotometer, ink fountain adjustment, and color proofs.
Requirement: Availability for rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts (M-A-N) from Monday to Friday.

The role

At Randstad, we are selecting a Color Sheet-fed Machinist / Printer for a prominent leading company in the graphics sector.

If you have experience with sheet-fed printing machines, ink fountain adjustment, and chromatic control for high-fidelity finishes, we are looking for you!

What you'll do

Preparation, setup, and running of sheet-fed/flat offset presses, ensuring registration and color stability.
Calibration and control of color densities with a spectrophotometer according to the client's technical specifications.
Execution and validation of color proofs before and during production.
First-level preventive maintenance of the machine and troubleshooting of incidents during the shift.

How you'll work

Schedule: Rotating M-T-N (morning-afternoon-night) shifts from Monday to Friday.

Benefits and conditions

Contract: Permanent direct contract with the client company (stable position).
Salary: From 30,000
to 35,000
gross per year (depending on experience and qualifications).
