The role

If you have experience in after-sales service and maintenance, have availability to travel at a European level, and are looking for stability and development within a leading company in the railway sector, we are looking for you at Randstad!

What you'll do

You will perform After-Sales Service (SAT) interventions at customer facilities:

Diagnose faults and incidents and execute the necessary repairs, adjustments, or replacements.
Perform assembly, disassembly, adjustment, and testing of electromechanical components and systems.
Execute internal product tests and validations according to established procedures.
Record the results of the validations and incidents detected during testing.
Collaborate with the technical team in the identification and resolution of problems.
Provide support to R&D activities and product improvement, especially in testing, assembly, modifications, and validations.
Prepare the basic documentation or reports associated with the interventions performed.
Maintain adequate communication with the customer (generally European) during after-sales service actions.
Comply with the internal quality and safety procedures applicable to each intervention.

How you'll work

Schedule: from 07:00 to 15:00 h from Monday to Friday (flexible hours)
