At Randstad, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician passionate about excellence and quality to join a leading professional team located in Corbera de Llobregat (Barcelona).
In your day-to-day, your main mission will be to guarantee the correct functioning of the facilities and equipment, ensuring compliance with current regulations and guaranteeing production continuity. Your responsibilities will include: Comprehensive maintenance: Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, facilities, and equipment (HVAC, electrical, electronic, pneumatic systems, and telephony).
Regulatory compliance: Ensuring strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and European Directive 93/42.
Resource management: Administering and requesting necessary spare parts, consumables, machinery, tools, and instrumentation.
Production support: Performing production adjustments aligned with strategic planning.
Documentation and procedures: Recording maintenance reports to ensure traceability, complying with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and collaborating in the drafting or updating of procedures.
External supervision: Coordinating and supervising work carried out by subcontracted companies in collaboration with the department's responsibility.
