What you'll do

Diagnose and resolve problems in our equipment and production systems.

Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to ensure the optimal operation of our facilities.

Collaborate with a team focused on safety, productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and environmental sustainability.

Replacing motors, gearmotors, or brushless motors

Adjusting artificial vision systems, X-rays, and metal detectors

Adjusting laser coders

Operator panel: managing machinery parameters

Repairing valves

Tank maintenance

Repair and diagnosis of mechanical faults: transmission systems, bearings, pinions, pulleys, and right-angle gearboxes.

Pneumatic knowledge: knows and replaces solenoid valves (types, symbols), pressure switches, and reed sensors, replacement of vacuum valves and suction cups

Able to use machinery such as a vertical drill and grinding wheel, and make adjustments

Repair and diagnosis of faults in centrifugal, lobe, and positive displacement pumps

Format changes: Perform all types of format changes in both dry and wet areas.

Knowledge of freezer operation in production and repairs

How you'll work

Availability: To work rotating shifts (Night-Afternoon-Morning) and weekends.
Schedule: Rotating shifts N-A-M.
M/A/N shifts and some weekends during campaign
