What you'll do

As a Maintenance Technician, you will work autonomously and proactively, reporting to the Maintenance Manager. Your main responsibilities will include:

-Executing preventive and corrective maintenance of machines, equipment, and plant facilities, ensuring their proper functioning.

-Conducting shift-based inspections of the set of machines and facilities to detect any anomalies or deviations.

-Actively collaborating in the assembly, installation, or modification of plant equipment and facilities.

-Immediately informing the Maintenance Manager of any incidents, breakdowns, or anomalous situations.

-Executing orders and instructions received from hierarchical superiors within your area of responsibility.

-Participating in continuous improvement actions related to maintenance and the production process.

-Keeping the work area clean, orderly, and in adequate safety conditions at all times.

-Strictly complying with quality, safety, and health at work standards (as well as other functions derived from these Management Systems).

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

-Salary Conditions: Base salary governed by the applicable collective agreement, distributed in 12 payments. Around 26,000 euros gross - 30,000 euros gross per year.

-Variable Pay: Attractive additional variable pay system. It could reach 32,000 gross euros.

-Annual Schedule: Maximum of 1,800 hours worked annually.

-Work Schedule and Shifts: Rotating shift system of morning, afternoon, and night, working from Monday to Saturday in an organized manner.

-Special Weekend Conditions: Two Saturdays per month are usually worked.

-Each Saturday worked is paid with the Saturday bonus set by the collective agreement.
