What we're looking for

👍 WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- MINIMUM EDUCATION: Vocational Training (Intermediate or Advanced) in Building and Civil Works / Electricity and Electronics / Mechatronics / Thermal and Fluid Installations.
- MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: At least 3 years as a site manager and/or performing the described duties.
- Requirements: Valid B driving license.
- Valuable: 60-hour PRL course and mobile elevating work platform (MEWP) course.

- Salary range between 27,000 and 36,000 euros gross per year.

From the RAS CASTELLÓN office, we are selecting a SITE FOREMAN/WOMAN for a company in the construction sector located in Valencia.

What you'll do

👌 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Control and monitoring of construction execution.
- Control and compliance with planning.
- Interpretation of blueprints and site layouts.
- Control and organization of work groups and assignment of tasks to operators.
- Coordination of works with different industries and subcontractors.
- Compliance with the health and safety plan and occupational risk prevention regulations.
