Your responsibilities will include:

* Managing and coordinating work teams and subcontractors, ensuring that tasks are carried out efficiently.
* Supervising the execution of construction works, ensuring that deadlines and established quality standards are met.
* Actively participating in Occupational Risk Prevention, implementing safety measures at the workplace.
* Managing incidents that arise during the construction process, providing effective solutions.
* Preparing periodic reports on the progress of the construction and reporting to the project team.

En Edifesa, buscamos un/a ENCARGADO o ENCARGADA de Obra para nuestros proyectos de Edificación Residencial en Valencia, donde tendrás la oportunidad de liderar equipos de trabajo y garantizar la calidad de la obra durante todas las fases del proceso constructivo.

Entre tus responsabilidades estarán:

* Gestionar y coordinar los equipos de trabajo y subcontratas, asegurando que las tareas se realicen de manera eficiente.
* Supervisar la ejecución de las obras, asegurando que se cumplan los plazos y estándares de calidad establecidos.
* Participar activamente en la Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, implementando medidas de seguridad en el lugar de trabajo.
* Gestionar incidencias que surjan durante el proceso constructivo, ofreciendo soluciones efectivas.
* Realizar informes periódicos sobre el avance de la obra y reportar al equipo de obra.
