The role
Reporting directly to the Partner and Associate and the rest of the Area team, as applicable, your main responsibility will be to provide support in matters of corporate law advisory and board secretarial services, contractual matters, structuring and development of private investor and venture capital activity, as well as the execution of investment and acquisition processes in all their phases, including coordination with notaries and relationship with public registries and the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).

Corporate agreements (including the preparation of cap tables, capital increases and reductions, as well as those derived from structural modification processes) and secretarial services for corporate bodies (compliance with formal obligations and legalization of corporate books)
Investment and acquisition processes in all their phases (including the preparation of letters of intent or term sheets, due diligence and investment or purchase and sale contracts - of social shares/stocks or assets and liabilities - and shareholders' agreements).
Commercial contracting (including the preparation of commercial collaboration contracts, distribution and agency contracts, service provision contracts, loan contracts and any other contracts linked to the ordinary activity of commercial companies).
