• Experience in project management, capacity, and technological assets.

• Solid knowledge of information security and ISO 27001.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365.

• Experience with Jira.

• Ability to prepare executive reporting and communicate with Management.

We seek solid knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, especially in areas such as:

Microsoft 365, Entra ID / Azure AD, Intune, Microsoft Defender, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, MFA, and identity management.

We use Jira for project, task, and incident management, so experience with the platform and the ability to use it as a tool for planning, monitoring, and reporting will be valued.

We are looking to hire an IT Operations and Information Security Manager to lead the evolution of the firm's technological management.

We have a consolidated technical team and are looking for a person who brings a complementary vision, with a special focus on management, planning, business orientation, service quality, and information security from a technological perspective.

Reporting directly to General Management, you will be responsible for ensuring that IT activity is carried out in a structured, measurable way and aligned with the firm's priorities.

• Supervise support services, systems, and infrastructure, working with coordinators and the technical team.

• Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and dashboards to allow for a clear view of the area's activity, capacity, and performance.

• Analyze recurring incidents, identify causes, and promote structural and preventive solutions.

• Manage team capacity and ensure proper prioritization between operational activity, maintenance, and projects.

• Plan and monitor technological projects, identifying risks, blockers, and deviations.

• Supervise asset management, inventory, stock, and technological renewal plans.

• Drive the effective application of information security technological controls, contributing to the maintenance of the ISMS based on ISO 27001.

• Prepare periodic reporting for General Management regarding service, projects, capacity, risks, security, and the area's main needs.

• Manage technology providers and service levels.

• Identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and greater utilization of the Microsoft 365 environment.

Security will carry significant weight within the position.

We are not looking for a CISO profile, but rather a person capable of ensuring, from a technological standpoint, the correct implementation and monitoring of controls related to:

• identities, permissions, and access;

• devices and endpoints;

• vulnerabilities;

• change management;

• security incidents;

• compliance with policies and procedures;

• action plans derived from audits and risk analyses.

The firm has an Information Security Management System based on ISO 27001, so experience in this environment will be particularly valued.
