Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Vocational Training or Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar.

  • 2 - 4 years of experience, preferably in an accounting department of a consultancy.

  • Office automation: Advanced level of Excel, Word, and A3 Program (valuable).

The role

Reporting directly to the person responsible for the Department, your main responsibility will be the management of a heterogeneous client portfolio composed of SMEs and Large Companies, managing all accounting and tax obligations carried out in a financial year with the support of the team.

What you'll do

The professional will have the responsibility of managing all accounting and tax obligations for clients such as:

  • Supervision and preparation of accounting with the support of a collaborator.

  • Settlement of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax obligations.

  • Resolution of tax inquiries.

  • Management of AEAT procedures and communications.

  • Supervision and preparation of Annual Accounts.

  • Analysis and optimization of financial statements.

  • Management and coordination of an assigned work team.

  • Collaboration in internal firm training.

  • Ensuring the security protocols defined in the ISMS, guaranteeing regulatory compliance regarding data protection, confidentiality, and information security, communicating any security incident, and using information systems in accordance with the usage policy.

How you'll work

  • Full-time Monday to Thursday, intensive schedule on Fridays.

  • Four days of teleworking per week (optional).
