Requirements

What we're looking for

- Industrial Engineering or similar.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within the automotive sector.

- Experience in any of the following areas: electrical, electronic, trim, surface quality, mechanical or bolted joints.

- Proactive, results-oriented profile focused on continuous improvement.

Languages

- English level C1 (German is a plus).

The role

At RDT, we are selecting several profiles of engineers specialized in different areas for the preparation, monitoring, and resolution of incidents during the various product phases, from prototyping to mass production.

The objective is to manage incidents, validate processes, and ensure the quality and assembly of the product in its technical aspect.

What you'll do

- Incident management: detection, monitoring and closure in the system; preparation of weekly reports and proposed solutions.

- Process validation: collection and review of validation and ergonomics plans; verification of acceptance criteria and release of incidents.

- Assembly and modifications: evaluation of automated/semi-automated processes and implementation of improvements.

- Efficiency and ergonomics: definition of measures to optimize processes without affecting quality or ergonomics.

- FMEA and lessons learned: monitoring of preventive actions and documentation of improvements in each project.
