Requirements
What we're looking for
Master's or bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture.
Minimum of 5 years of experience, at least 2 of them in Spain.
Nice to have
Experience in mechanical systems design for data centers, logistics, general industry, commercial buildings, etc., will be valued.
Knowledge of technical English and conversational level is required.
Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, etc. will be valued.

What you'll do
Calculation and design of HVAC, ventilation, and sanitation installations and other mechanical systems.
Coordination with architecture, resolution of interferences, etc.
Project phase: Technical selection of equipment, proposal of solutions and improvements to installations, preparation of technical reports, comparisons, energy studies, and measurements and budgets.
Construction phase: Management of tenders for client construction projects, dealings with utility companies, suppliers, etc.
