Project Engineer

🔎 What will your main responsibilities be?

• Coordinate the various engineering disciplines with the objective of ensuring that the work and deliverables are carried out within the established deadlines and costs, complying with quality requirements and contractual demands.

• Drive and coordinate the resolution of technical problems, as well as propose solutions to Project Management.

• Participate in technical meetings with client representatives, suppliers and/or licensors, mainly in HAZOP meetings, P&ID reviews, 3D model reviews, etc., and coordinate the closure of actions derived from said meetings.

• Coordinate the documentation that the various disciplines must issue (specifications, drawings, requisitions, etc.) to cover the defined project scope.

• Review requisitions from the request for quotation phase to the purchase request, as well as technical comparison tables and technical recommendations for the award of equipment and materials. Perform integral follow-up of purchases until delivery on site and the performance of the corresponding tests.

• Identify changes to ensure their correct control and follow-up, as well as evaluate their possible consideration as change orders (change orders) and properly manage their processing with the client.

• Provide the necessary support to the Construction department.
