What we're looking for
ESSENTIAL Previous experience in BIM modeling with Revit MEP for 4 YEARS
Nice to have
Experience in mechanical installations, especially air conditioning and ventilation (HVAC).
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Ability to interpret plans and technical documentation.
Experience in unique building projects and BIM coordination will be valued.
Experience in the creation of BIM families and optimization of modeling processes.
Knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection.
Knowledge of plumbing, sanitation, fire protection (PCI), gas, and other building installations.
The role
BIM Revit MEP Modeler - Mechanical Installations
We are looking for a BIM Modeler with experience in Revit MEP and specialization in mechanical installations with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our technical team and participate in unique building projects, such as hospitals, shopping centers, office buildings, sports stadiums, and Data Centers
What you'll do
Development and updating of mechanical installations modeling using Revit MEP.
Preparation and modification of technical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
Modeling of fire protection (PCI), HVAC, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, electricity, and duct and pipe distribution installations.
Coordination of BIM models with other disciplines and clash detection.
Creation and modification of BIM families, as well as improvement and optimization of modeling processes.
Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the consistency and quality of technical documentation.
