At RDT, we are growing big time, and we are looking for someone with energy to lead the development of our wind turbine's electrical subsystem.

Your mission: be the person responsible for the wind turbine's electrical package (Generator + Converter + BoP).

You will oversee the entire development lifecycle, ensuring everything works, integrates, and arrives on time… and without electrical surprises.

What you will do:

- Be the master of ceremonies for electrical planning.

- Coordinate skilled technical teams.

- Master the art of communicating with suppliers without losing your mind.

- Keep an eye on the electrical BoM.

- Connect the electrical, mechanical, and control worlds so they don't clash.

- Anticipate risks.

- Oversee FAT testing and the prototype: a moment of magic!

Essential requirements:

- Electrical or Electronic Power Engineering: yes, we need that technical brain.

- Knowledge of PMSG, IGBT, transformers, PLCs: or a strong desire to master them at full speed.

- Experience in electrical or renewable systems: even better if you have already battled with them.

- Proficiency in MS Project to plan without drama.

- English at C1 level.

- Availability to travel: not always, but sometimes!

En RDT estamos creciendo a lo grande, y buscamos a alguien con energía para liderar el desarrollo del subsistema eléctrico de nuestro aerogenerador.

Si te apasiona la ingeniería, te gusta coordinar equipos y disfrutas viendo cómo las piezas técnicas encajan como un Tetris perfecto… ¡sigue leyendo!

Tu misión : ser la persona responsable del paquete eléctrico del aerogenerador (Generador + Convertidor + BoP).

Acompañarás el ciclo de vida completo del desarrollo, asegurando que todo funcione, se integre y llegue a tiempo… y sin sustos eléctricos.

Lo que harás:

- Ser el/la maestro/a de ceremonias de la planificación eléctrica.

- Coordinar equipos técnicos con talento .

- Dominar el arte de hablar con proveedores y no morir en el intento.

- Vigilar el eBoM

- Conectar los universos Eléctrico, Mecánico y Control sin que colisionen.

- Predecir riesgos.

- Supervisar pruebas FAT y el prototipo: ¡momento de magia!

Requisitos imprescindibles :

- Ingeniería Eléctrica o Electrónica de Potencia: sí, necesitamos cerebro técnico.

- Conocimientos de PMSG, IGBT, transformadores, PLCs: o ganas de aprenderlos a toda velocidad.

- Experiencia en sistemas eléctricos o renovables: mejor si ya has peleado con ellos.

- Manejo de MS Project para planificar sin dramas.

- Inglés C1 .

- Disponibilidad para viajar: ¡no siempre, pero sí a veces!

Condiciones:

- Modalidad híbrida: un poco de oficina, un poco de casa, equilibrio perfecto.

- Jornada completa… pero prometemos que con buen ambiente.
