  • Consolidated experience in Quality Manager / QA-QC Manager positions.

  • Real experience in construction projects.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead Quality teams.

  • Experience in managing NCRs, ITPs, audits, inspections, and handover.

  • Ability to communicate with the client and Project Management.

  • Experience in international projects and/or Data Centers will be highly valued.

  • High level of spoken and written English.

The role

At RDT INGENIEROS, we are looking for a QUALITY MANAGER for one of our main construction projects in SAN BLAS, MADRID.

To lead and globally manage the project's Quality / QA-QC function, ensuring compliance with the technical, contractual, and quality requirements established by the client.

What you'll do

  • Lead and coordinate the project's QA/QC system.

  • Implement and monitor the Project Quality Plan.

  • Coordinate the Quality technical team.

  • Review and monitor ITPs, procedures, checklists, and records.

  • Supervise site inspections and their correct documentary traceability.

  • Manage NCRs, observations, defects, and punch lists until their closure.

  • Coordinate with production, engineering, subcontractors, Project Management, and the client.

  • Monitor technical submittals and documentary approval of materials.

  • Supervise tests, inspections, and controls carried out by third parties.

  • Control compliance with technical specifications and the client's contractual requirements.

  • Prepare and monitor Quality KPIs and reporting.

  • Participate in meetings with the client and internal project meetings.

  • Analyze recurring deviations and propose corrective and preventive actions.

  • Perform internal audits and monitor subcontractors and suppliers.

  • Coordinate Quality dossiers, As-Built, and closing documentation.

  • Progressively prepare the project for the handover process.

  • In later phases of the Data Center, coordinate the transition towards architecture, MEP, and commissioning.
