What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in software development
+2-3 years working with generative AI, LLMs, RAG, agents or automation
Solid experience in
- Python and TypeScript/JavaScript
- FastAPI / Node.js
- React / Next.js
- APIs, databases, Git, Docker and cloud environments

Nice to have

Experience with AI-assisted development tools will be valued, such as:
- Claude / Claude Code
- Google Gemini / Gemini Code Assist
- OpenAI or Azure OpenAI
- GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf or other equivalent tools

At RDT Bilbao we continue to drive high-impact technology projects and, for one of our strategic projects, we are looking to bring on board a Senior AI & Full-Stack Developer to take part in the design and implementation of advanced solutions based on generative AI.
