And to achieve that goal, we are selecting 3 Contact Center Administrators to work in our central office in Castellón with immediate start, whose main tasks will be:

• Attend to and advise customers by telephone and in writing, providing them with personalized and satisfactory service.
• Process reservations.
• Resolve all doubts and incidents for our customers.

• A resourceful person with a high orientation toward the customer.
• With previous experience in customer service and a good level of English.
• With a positive attitude, capacity for teamwork, and willing to continue growing within the company.
