• Morning shift: from 06:00 to 14:00h.
• 42 days of annual vacation, taken in 3 periods.
• December 25 and January 1 the office will be closed for the holidays.

At AVIS Canarias we are looking for a person to perform the functions of Rental Agent, in our office located in Playa del Inglés, in the south of the island of Gran Canaria.

The mission of a Rental Agent is the preparation and delivery of vehicles to customers at hotels, ensuring a smooth, professional experience in line with the brand's quality standards.

• Deliver vehicles to customers at hotels in the area, explaining rental terms and resolving any customer questions.
• Ensure fast and professional service.
• Advise customers: answer questions about the rental, explain coverage and additional products.
• Monitor the fleet's condition, inspecting and recording any damage or incidents on the vehicles.
• Prepare vehicles for delivery, carry out cleaning, refueling and ensure they are in perfect condition for rental.
• Manage the fleet: coordinate with workshops and maintenance centers to optimize car availability.
• Ensure a positive and welcoming work environment.

A dynamic, organized person who enjoys direct contact with customers, has strong communication skills, feels comfortable working in a team and brings ideas to optimize processes and improve the customer experience.
