And to achieve that goal, we are selecting an Office Manager for our office in the vicinity of the Seville airport, whose main mission will be to organize and coordinate office operations and the resources under their charge, guaranteeing both the application of the Company's commercial policy and its operational processes. Collaborate in the development and application of the company's commercial policy, develop the control and supervision of the counters, and assume the role of driving the sales team. As part of the team, some of your functions will be:

• Supervise the distribution of tasks so as to guarantee the optimization of vehicle delivery and return operations.
• Establish daily sales objectives as well as motivate and guide the team towards achieving them.
• Management and coordination of the team in charge.
• Provide support to the team in resolving incidents.
• Ensure compliance with work procedures and quality standards, etc.

• A decisive and organized person, with high leadership capacity and results-oriented.
• With previous experience in team management and coordination, operations management, and vehicle fleet management.
• With a minimum English level of B2.
• With a degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or similar.
• Availability to start during the month of November.
